Dinner Incredible Returns to Thailand

As the saying goes, “first love is never forgotten”—and in that spirit, Dinner Incredible returns to where its journey first began: Thailand. From June 22–28, 2025, the fifth edition of this internationally acclaimed culinary experience will welcome the world to discover Thailand’s most exceptional ingredients, with 60 remarkable guests who are helping shape the future of global gastronomy.

More than four years since its debut, this latest edition of Dinner Incredible will gather some of the world’s most celebrated chefs under one roof—creating a culinary event like no other.

Born from Crisis, Built on Connection

Launched in 2020 amid the global pandemic, Dinner Incredible was founded by multi-award-winning Chef Giorgio Diana as a platform for cultural and culinary exchange. Guided by the philosophy “Food Connecting People”, the project bridges cultures and continents through the universal language of food—offering a space for collaboration, innovation, and unity.

Following successful editions in Bangkok, Italy, and Saudi Arabia, Dinner Incredible now returns to its roots for a fifth chapter—again in the vibrant city of Bangkok.

This year’s event will take place at the elegant Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok, and redefines the modern culinary experience through creativity, sustainability, and cross-cultural dialogue.

Celebrating Thai Heritage Beyond the Plate

In partnership with Mr. Phanthachak Wongprecha, Founder and CEO of The Diplomat Network, this edition will also feature a curated journey into Thai cultural and culinary heritage. From curry-making and rice farming to bee conservation initiatives, chefs will explore the deep, interconnected roots of Thai ingredients and traditions.

Global Impact and Future Destinations

Dinner Incredible’s influence extends far beyond the dining room. Past editions have been featured on national TV networks such as Discovery Plus and Food Network Italy, as well as a Saudi Arabia-focused documentary series in 2023.

Looking ahead, Dinner Incredible is preparing future editions in Sardinia, Vietnam, and Saudi Arabia—continuing its mission to unite cultures and celebrate identity through food. This is more than a meal.  It’s Dinner Incredible—a celebration of ingredients, identity, and inspiration.
